Common questions.
Plain answers.
Is this only about switching processors?
No. The first step is understanding what you use now and what problem you want solved. A change may or may not be the right next step.
What should I prepare?
Basic business details, your current payment setup, and the main issue you want reviewed. If documents are needed later, we'll discuss the right way to handle them.
Do you sell payment processing?
No. DFM Canada is an independent support brand. We review your current setup and prepare you for the conversation; if a Global Payments setup suits you, we organize the handoff.
Do you guarantee savings or rates?
No. Any figures we show are estimates or modeled examples to help you ask better questions — not a quote, approval, guarantee, or financial advice.
What information should I not share publicly?
Card numbers, bank passwords, full account credentials, and statements. The public form only collects basic business details; anything sensitive is handled later, the right way.
Who is this for?
Small businesses that take payments every day — restaurants and cafes, convenience stores, local retail, salons and clinics, contractors, e-commerce sellers, and businesses adding invoices, payment links, or online checkout.
