What we collect, and why.

DFM Canada · Last updated August 2026

What a live intake may collect

Basic business details you choose to share: business name, contact name, email, phone, province/city, business type, current payment setup summary, an estimated monthly volume range, and your payment question.

What we don't collect publicly

Card numbers, bank passwords, full account credentials, customer cardholder data, SIN or personal tax data, or uploaded statements. If statements are needed later, we use a secure, reviewed process — not a generic public upload.

How we use it

To understand your setup, prepare your review, and reply to you. We don't sell your information or use it to market unrelated services.

Retention & removal

When live intake is enabled, details will be kept only as long as needed to complete the review and meet record-keeping obligations. You can ask DFM Canada to delete what it holds.

The current preview form

The current request form validates entries but has no intake endpoint. It does not transmit or store the details. This page will be updated when the live intake is enabled.

The fee checker

The fee checker performs arithmetic in your browser. Values entered into it are not transmitted or stored by DFM Canada.
